We are subletting 4BR in our 5BR/3BTHRM house located in a quiet neighborhood in Palo Alto (819 La Jennifer Way, Palo Alto, CA). Rental dates run from June 18 to September 18.

The house is very nice. It has an ample backyard, spectacular pool, outdoor grill, spacious common areas, and laundry machines.

You can park right in front of the house in a dead end road and you will be conveniently located in the core of Silicon Valley, 5 minutes away from downtown Palo Alto and from the shopping center.

We are subletting three types of rooms (all prices include utilities):

1. Bedroom 1 (w/private bathroom and walking closet): US$1,450 per month
2. Bedroom 2 (w/pool view): US$1,350 per month
3. Bedrooms 3 ??????? 5: US$1,250 per month, each
