I'm selling a chaise I bought as part of a sectional since I don't have the room for it. It's a comfy couch, professionally washed when I bought it, easy to move, and can definitely stand as its own piece or add a little more room to your current couch set up.

You'd need to pick it up in Palo Alto. The couch is easy to move, though - it is light and should fit through your doorway.
