Also, easy stroll to Whole Foods (5 min walk) or bike to the Stanford Quad in under 10 minutes. We are looking for a responsible tenant for a flexible 3-to-9-month lease that aligns with the Stanford academic quarters.

The Space

The Cottage (constructed in summer 2026) : A light-filled layout with high ceilings and a property-wide high-speed mesh Wi-Fi network. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with commercial-grade Zline appliances and premium cookware. The Bathroom: Designed as a private retreat, featuring a deep standalone soaking tub, a separate open marble shower, high-quality linens, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The bedroom is furnished with a new queen bed and luxury bamboo linens.
Upstairs is a heigh constrained loft that fits a desk/window for quiet study/office space.

The Backyard Oasis: The 5,500 sq. ft. lot is beautifully maintained to function as an outdoor living room. The backyard features an Italian travertine patio under a custom pergola, complete with an outdoor theater projector system, patio heaters, and custom velvet cushions. Enjoy the heated pool, integrated hot tub, reading or dining under the shaded pergola, or enjoying outdoor movie nights. There is a premium outdoor olympic bench and powerrack weight set for home workouts. We also keep a small, immaculate chicken coop on the property and are happy to share fresh, organic backyard eggs.

All-Inclusive Pricing:
All utilities, Wi-Fi, gardening, pool cleaning, and premium streaming channels are fully integrated into the monthly rate.

Turnkey Transportation: A commuter bicycle is provided for your stay. If you require a vehicle, our 2022 Lexus NX 450h+ (Plug-in Hybrid AWD) is available as an optional add-on for an additional $1,500/month, handled securely through a private Turo link.

Ample street parking is available and we can provide a parking permit for your stay.
