We are looking for professional bilingual (Mandarin/English) event staff and interpreters for the global launch of an international luxury AI smart living brand in the Stanford / Palo Alto area on May 18.
The event will showcase next-generation AI-integrated smart beds, sofas, and wellness technologies designed to redefine personalized comfort and intelligent living.

📍 Location: Stanford / Palo Alto Area
Responsibilities:
• Welcome media guests, VIPs, and industry attendees
• Assist with bilingual communication during product demos and executive interviews
• Explain key product features and AI-powered comfort technologies
• Support interactive smart bed and sofa experiences for media and guests
• Assist with event coordination and guest experience throughout the launch
Key technologies include:
• MatchFit 2.0 / 3.0 adaptive adjustment systems
• AI-powered wellness and recovery technologies
• 18-zone adaptive support system
• Dual independent adjustment features
• Intelligent ambient sleep experience systems
Requirements:
• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and English
• Professional, confident, and comfortable interacting with media and executives
• Interest in AI, smart home technology, wellness tech, consumer electronics, or luxury brands
• Quick learner with strong communication skills
• Prior experience with tech events, CES, startup launches, luxury brands, or media events is a plus
💰 Competitive hourly compensation based on experience ($50–$100/hr)
