I'm going out of town for a large portion of winter break, and looking to sublet my room in the Mission during that time. Approximate dates Dec 18-Jan 4, but this is negotiable. The rent (1/2 month) is $600, but I will consider offers for less.

The apartment is bright, spacious, and well-located (near 16th St mission BART, off of Valencia), and the roommates are quiet and very clean. There is a (not very large) dog, but she's extremely low-key and well-behaved, and her owner takes full responsibility for her.

My stuff will be in the room, but I can move some stuff into a suitcase to clear space for things you'd like to store. The room is extremely big, with a bay window/reading nook and linens, etc can be provided. Pictures on request.
