My folks have a house in Pacifica that has just become available if anyone is looking for a nice little house on the coast.
It is a two bedroom one bath with a dining room, it has a large living room and the master bedroom is also very large with two double wide closets.
The house also has a fireplace and two car garage, both front and back lawns have sprinkler systems for automatic watering.
Carpets in the entire house were replaced a 3 years ago, I have not seen them since I lived in the house two years ago but they should still look nice.
The house is a few blocks off US1 at 219 Reichling less than a block from the primary school so if you have a child you could walk them to school in under 5 minutes.
I lived in the house for a year and it is very nice with great neighbors, everyone is very friendly and most have been there for years.
