$1,350
My neighbor is looking for a person to share her house. We live on a quite private lane that has great neighbors. The parking is tight, so there is only parking in the driveway for a small car. Here is her ad:
One housemate to join me in a 2-bedroom/1-bath bungalow style house in Redwood City. The available bedroom is second smaller bedroom but with large closets and view of backyard - there's also plenty of storage in the garage. Available January 15.
The home is nestled in a small cul-de-sac and walking distance to the Caltrain Sequoia Station and downtown Redwood City.
House Features:
Landlord lives close and is really responsive. It's a little quiet dead end street and all the neighbors know each other and look out for one another.
Rent for the bedroom is $1350, not including utilities which ranges about $50 to about $200 per person depending on the month (Gas, Water/Garbage, and Internet) as the Water/Garbage is billed every two months.
If you're interested, send me an email and please tell me a little about yourself!
More on D: I'm a 43 year old female from Boston that moved to Bay Area a couple years ago to start work at a start-up non-profit in Redwood City, but then became a high school teacher in East Palo Alto. I'm up and to bed early during the week but love to cook and relax on weekends. I also have family down in the Monterey and will be visiting them often. I've always had roommates, and enjoy a living environment where I get some private space but still have convivial interactions in shared spaces. I love to cook healthy foods, garden, listen to live music, and volunteer locally where I live.
Look forward to talking with you more about the room!
