Housemate needed in Redwood City

The house is located near the Atherton border on a large, sunny lot with a landscaped yard and gated courtyard. We are 5-10 minutes from Stanford, Facebook, Amazon, Caltrain, with easy access to highways 101/280. House is very spacious and includes a remodeled kitchen, new appliances, television, fireplace, washer and dryer, and more.

I (male) have lived here for over 6 years and love it! The house is mostly furnished. There is a garage with lots of storage and there is plenty of free, safe street parking right in front of the house as well.

You would share a monthly professionally cleaned bathroom, with one of the roommates (male). Dual vanity, so you would have your own sink.

Additional monthly utilities: wifi $20, cleaners $60, water, gas, electric are usually average $75

The room is available 7/1/26 but we could be flexible +/- a few days as needed.
