Looking for a young professional, financially stable, with a great record in living with other people to share a very nice 2bd/1ba apartment in Menlo Park. Move in by June 1st. Rent is $1250/m + utilities (internet, water, power, gas).

The house is 2.5 miles from Stanford and less than a mile from the Willow exit of the 101. The apartment and the complex have recently been renovated with a new hardwood floor, kitchen and bathroom. The available room is 13’7x9’7”. The rest of the apartment includes a bathroom with tub-shower, a large living room with two wide windows and a kitchen also with a window. Kitchen appliances count dishwasher, fridge, fume hood, microwave, and gas oven. Each room has access to two closets: one with mirror doors inside the room and the other located outside in the ally. Heaters and kitchen stove have gas. Two car spaces are available. Washer and dryer are on site.

About me: I’m a 31-year-old physicist and work at Stanford as a post-doc researcher. Besides work, I love keeping my days full with biking, swimming, running and racing triathlons. I’m clean, tidy, and quiet and easygoing have lots of experience as housemate, especially after 10+ years of home sharing experience in different countries. I like to cook my meals at home and I’m very good at sharing the kitchen and cleaning after myself.

I’m looking for a person willing to settle down for a year and equally interested in making the apartment a nice and fun place to live in.
