Looking for a roommate in this apartment, very close to Stanford campus and bike-able to school. You can find a gas station, Starbucks, and California Ave Caltrain station conveniently located in the vicinity. I am a graduate in the Engineering Department.

This is a spacious apartment that is newly furnished, equipped with new bed, fridge and dishwasher. Monthly rent per person is 1195.00, and lease ends on Sept. 1, 2017. Therefore you will be potentially renting until that date, though an extension of the lease beyond the date should be very flexible. Rent includes water and garbage, and there is also monthly utilities and wifi cost, which will be split among us two.

I bought all the furniture in both the rooms and kitchen recently, so roommate does not have to bring in any furniture. Move-in date is Jan 03. There is no reservation fee.
