My apartment is a large, modern 2/BR, 2 bath apartment located about 3.5 miles from campus. The bedroom is large, has a walk-in closet and a private bath. Your "side" of the apartment is opposite from mine and you will have privacy. Rent is $2000 plus utilities (internet, power, water etc.) which should be about $100. I prefer a long-term lease of one year. The share is available from September 9th.

The building is fairly new with the following features:

• Assigned, gated, parking
• Fitness center, spa and yoga
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Heat/ A/C
• Large kitchen - fully equipped. You are welcome to use as you like.
• You are also welcome to use the other living spaces--after all, this will be your home for one year, at least.
• Marguerite shuttle goes by the building; lots of shopping across the street
