Essentially you get the entire bottom floor to yourself. There is a nice bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 other rooms upstairs occupied by stanford visiting scholar and employee.

I've lived here but am moving so sending on behalf of my landlord. I lived here and it is very nice.
