I am looking for a young professional responsible female roommate to share a furnished two-bedroom/1 bath apartment. You will have your own bedroom to decorate and furnish as you like.

The common areas consist of a dining area, a living room, a small balcony, and a bathroom.

Additional Amenities:
Coin/Laundry outside of the apartment complex, ample parking, etc. Great park and Shoreline walking trail right out the door. Cable, Internet and land line

Great Location:
Mountain View right off of the NASA/Moffet Exit and very close to DT Mountain View (CASTRO)... just a bike ride away from the CALTrain Station.

Rent:
*$950 a month plus utilities (P&G and cable) with a Deposit of half the month's rent.

Availability & Term:
Beginning of May. *Month-to-month basis.

Details:

All common areas are already furnished and decorated with my belongings (with my cultural flava). I have lived here for over three years and have decorated the place with a lot of love and color/ My apartment is cute and cozy and I love it.

I also have a small puppy. He is a Yorkshire terrier who lives indoors, so you must love dogs. :) Even though I have a pet, my home is kept very clean and it is very important that my housemate will also always keep the shared living spaces clean (including washing dishes everyday, vacuuming regularly, etc.)

I love to cook and would prefer if we jointly contribute to common food items such as milk and eggs. We also share the cost on household goods such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies as well as the cost of internet, cable and the land line.

I also enjoy having family and friends visit occasionally. I’m also open to your friends and family visiting occasionally, but I am not interested in hard-core partiers and would like to be given a head's up in most cases. I will provide the same courtesy. No overnight guest that over welcome their stay.
