We are looking for one roommate to join us in signing a one-year lease for a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family house in Mountain View.

The location is good for commuting, 20-minute drive to most places around the South Bay and Stanford campus.

We are a group of friendly, respectful male roommates who graduated from Stanford last year. We have already lived together in this house for a year and enjoy maintaining a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home. Every few months, we may host a small gathering for Stanford alumni and friends to keep connected after graduation. But the house is generally quiet.

We are looking for someone who is:

-Clean, respectful, and responsible
-Willing to share household chores
-Comfortable with occasional social gatherings
-Interested in staying for the full lease term
-Communicative and considerate of shared spaces

The monthly rent is $1,750 for the room with shared bathroom.
