What I'm looking for

Private bedroom (preferred)
Shared house/apartment or joint lease
One parking space
Budget up to $2,100/month (ideally including utilities and parking)

About me

Full-time onsite at Stanford
Quiet, clean, and respectful
Non-smoker, no pets
No overnight guests
Looking for a peaceful, long-term living environment
