• Move – out: End of September (flexible for later also)
• Prefer a private bedroom, ideally with a private bathroom and convenient parking. Open to apartment/condo/townhouse/independent house
• Areas preferred: Anywhere within 30 min driving time to Stanford during peak hours (San Mateo to Sunnyvale)
