We're a married couple looking for a comfortable place to call home while one of us is a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford. Arriving in September 2, we're flexible and would consider stays anywhere from 3 to 12 months, though a full 9-month academic-year 2026-2027 lease would be ideal.
We're hoping to find a 1-bedroom apartment, studio, cottage, ADU, or similar within an easy commute to Stanford. Our budget is around $2,500 per month, though we have some flexibility for the right place.
A little about us: we're quiet, responsible, and non-smoking tenants who take care for the places we live.
