[Housing Wanted] Stanford Postdoc (F) seeking room, studio, or cottage near campus - Move-in July 26th!

Hi everyone!

I am an incoming female postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University looking for a cozy place to call home starting July 26th, 2026 until the beginning of December.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place within walking distance or a short bike/bus commute to campus (Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or the Stanford campus area). I would absolutely love a small cottage or a private studio, but I am also very open to a private room in a quiet, friendly shared house!

What I do: I’ll be working full-time on research at Stanford.

My lifestyle: I am clean, very respectful of shared spaces, and quiet. I enjoy a peaceful living environment, reading, and exploring the area.

Habits: Non-smoker, no pets, and very responsible with bills.

What I am looking for:
Move-in date: July 26th, 2026 (can be slightly flexible if needed).
Budget: Around 2000$ ideally.
Location: Walking, biking, or easy public transit to Stanford.
