[Housing Wanted] Stanford researcher looking for female housing/roommate, budget ~$1,500–1,600

Hi! I’m a Stanford graduate starting a full time research position in early September, and I’m looking for housing starting 9/1–9/3.
Budget: My target is $1500–1600, with a little flexibility up to $1700–1800 for the right fit.
I’m looking for:
• Women only if it’s a shared home with single roommates. Couples or families (mixed gender) are also ok
• Private room (shared bathroom is totally fine)
• Kitchen access
• A quiet, clean living environment
• No smoking or drugs (I occasionally drink but am also ok with totally substance-free)
• I don’t have any pets but am ok with most
• Parking space and/or street parking
About me: I’m respectful, easygoing, and clean. I work fully in-person and enjoy hiking and listening to music in my free time.
Preferred areas: Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Redwood City. I’ll have a car, so I’m flexible.
