Since I'm moving out at the end of this month, my roommate is looking for a person who can renew the current lease with her and will stay for a full year. It's the best apartment I've lived in SF.

It comes with typical amenities with big apartments in this neighborhood (e.g., 24/7 gym, clubhouse, grill areas), and it's close to the Caltrain (7-minute walk) and muni, less than 5 minute walk to Gus's community market and Spark Social SF, and 10-minute to the ball park and the chase center. Very convenient, clean, and safe neighborhood.
