It’s part of a 1480 sq ft, 3bd/2ba condo, fully renovated in 2015, with high ceilings, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, and an AWESOME kitchen. There’s also a shared balcony off the dining room that overlooks a small pond and fountain, and it’s part of a small complex with access to a pool and a hot tub. It’s an 8 minute walk to Mountain View Caltrain and Castro Street, very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Safeway, and a 15 minute bike ride to Google. 2 minute drive to highway 85 or 101, so almost anywhere is easy to get to!
There’s a private garage with one space, plus one reserved outdoor space and plenty of street parking.

Room is available starting September 17, and we’re looking for housemates to stay for at least a year (academic year may be possible). You’d be living with one male Google engineer and one female Stanford master’s student, both easy-going, clean, and fairly quiet.
