We have a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse on the water in San Mateo (right by Foster City).

We want to rent out the master bedroom, which is over twice the size of the other rooms. It has its own bathroom and an additional alcove which can be used as an office, music room, or anything else you please.

Your roommates would be two clean, quiet guys in their mid-20s who have been living there for a year now. I work at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and my roommate works at Facebook.

Additional perks include a community pool and hot tub, a private dock on the water (if you are interested in kayaking/boating), plenty of parks nearby, and many food and groceries options in the area.
