(I have my own private bedroom and bath).

Has worked well for renting to 2 people, including a pair of former
renters (who remain current friends) who stayed for 7 years!

Large eat-in kitchen, heaps of storage space, fireplace, 9' grand piano.

Daily NY Times in hardcopy. Off street parking for renter and guests.
Washer and dryer in garage.
Renter's bathroom is shared with guests - for the next 3 months
that will be my mother Sylvia visiting from Australia.

House layout provides privacy due to around 50' spacing between
owner bedroom and rented bedroom - there is a long living/dining
area and hallway between the two rooms. For the rented room,
in addition to the 16.5 ' x 14.5' room space, there is a 12' wide
built-in wardrobe.

Looking for friendly renter(s) who enjoy hosting parties, and who
do not own guns, to share with owner. No indoor smoking. No
pets. $1500/month includes all utilities. Available June 11.

Here's a description of me:

I work in the computer industry, and spend most of my spare time
on classical music - practicing violin, viola, piano, and singing,
playing chamber music with friends, and going to concerts. I
practice Tai Chi every morning. And occasionally go to wine
tastings. Every 6 weeks or so I cook a dinner party for friends,
mostly Asian food. The housemate is always invited!

My 93-year old mother will be visiting from Sydney Australia for
the next 3 months. All my friends like her, hopefully you will too.
She plays viola with chamber groups, and likes to play scrabble
every night when possible. She sometimes does Tai Chi with me.

I have a cat:

Edward is an 8 year old tuxedo cat (black with white neck and
tummy), kept indoors. Loves to be patted.

Room is available for 3 months. Planning to do construction beginning
late September.
