Going to be moving out or know anyone moving out in Aug or September. I need housing in the area for the next school year so I'm just starting my search early. I also need to give my current landlords notice.

I'm willing to rent a room in a house, or share an apartment.
Looking to pay less than $700 though I may be flexible on that as I get desperate.
