Incoming male Stanford Medicine postdoc seeking a private room near Stanford — July 23 move-in

Hello! I am an incoming postdoctoral researcher at Stanford School of Medicine and will arrive in the Bay Area on July 23. I am looking for a private room available for move-in on July 23, preferably close to Stanford School of Medicine or with a convenient commute there.

The lease length is flexible. I am open to a short-term sublet, month-to-month arrangement, or a longer lease. My preferred budget is around $1,500/month, with some flexibility depending on the location and room.

I am male, clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I do not smoke and do not have pets.
