Incoming Research Affiliate Looking for 12-month Housing from Mid-August

Hi,

I am a female in mid-20s. I will be working at Stanford in social science research after finishing up grad school. I am looking for housing close to campus. I am also open to something further with a reasonable commute. I am looking to move in from mid/late August 2026 to mid August 2027 but can be flexible on the move in up to September 1.

I am clean and non-smoking. I am mostly interested in studios, 1bed1bath, but also open to living with housemates. Interested in something for up to $2,400 a month. The only hard requirements are a parking space and a private bathroom.
