I'm moving to the city and will need someone to take over my lease from February 5th through to the end of Winter Quarter (the person I'm leasing the room from is open to leasing through to the end of Spring Quarter).

The apartment is in the Rains complex and has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (you will share the bathroom with one other person), plus a kitchen (fridge, stove, oven), dining area and sitting room.

Total cost for Winter: $1,590
Cost for Spring to be negotiated with original room tenant.
