I am moving out and looking for a replacement for someone to move in my room in a 3BR and 2 1/2 Bath house. The room is spacious and has its own balcony overlooking the garden downstairs. You would be sharing the bathroom with one of the room-mates, the 3rd room-mate has its own bathroom and there is a guests bathroom downstairs as well.

Living room is spacious and has a fireplace and plenty of sitting space. There is also a dining room by the kitchen (microwave,oven,dishwasher&fridge with plenty of cupboards). There is a garage with washer/dryer and storage room for skis/snowboards/bikes and one car, and room outside for 2 other cars. There is a small garden with a gas BBQ as well as a small patch for planting things (we had tomatoes, peppers, mint, basil, oregano, etc. growing last summer)

The house is part of a community and that has access to a small pool as well as a hot tub. It's also right next to highway 85 with easy access to 101 and central express way. Castro and NASA Ames are about 10 mins by bike, google 10 mins by car (or 15 by bike through the Stevens creek trail which heads to shoreline park), Stanford is ~20mins by car.

Hmm, other things that are important:

• Rent is $905/month. Utilities (PG&E+ internet are about $50/month/person) (there is a $916 security deposit + $100 renter insurance / year)
• The two room-mates are mid 20's, one works at NASA and the other at a a project business management company.
• The room comes unfurnished (although I might be selling a full-size bed and giving out an unassembled computer desk)
• the lease is month-to-month with 2 months notice. Although it would be nice to find someone who's planning on staying for a few months.

Frankly after writing this I realise how nice this place is. I am only moving out because I want to live closer to SF, otherwise I would not give up this room!
