It is a nice house located in 269,Matadero Avenue,which is also a middle point between stanford and Shopping center. It would take you 15 from the house to stanford or shopping center.
The rent of this 8 square meter room is reasonable. $650 per month including the utilities as water and eletricity. Unfortunately,laundry is not availale in this house for some reason.But the laundry named "coin wash" is just 10 mintue distance away from this house by walk.
The house is owned by an old taiwanese couple and is now shared with other four Chinese tenants(3 males and 1 female).All of them are quiet and nice persons.You can share the batheroom with landlady if you are female.
The room will be available since early Apirl this year.You are always welcome to join us.
