• Enthusiasm for coffee, chocolate, wines, and all things Italian
• Ability and eagerness to learn quickly; manual skills are necessary
• Flexible and willingness to perform in a dynamic, changing environment
• Open minded, interested in working with a diversity of customers and employees
• Some college education is required
• Physically active: can carry up to 50lb over short distances
• Conversational Italian and experience with Italian culture is highly desired
• Impeccable appearance • Desire to 30-40 work hours per week
