Hi Guys - I am selling my Nikon D-40 SLR camera, bought in 2006, and currently in very good condition. It has only been moderately used, and will come with the following -

Original Nikon 18-55mm kit lens
UV cover
Original battery
Original charger
Compact cover to hold the camera including lens

The camera is great for beginners who want to try their hands on digital SLR photography before investing in a $1000-2000 camera. The price for new camera is $600, and the cheapest used D40 on Amazon is $300. I am selling mine for just $250.

The camera is missing the front cover for the lens, but that is not a problem as the UV filter is present anyway. Nevertheless, the cover can be bought for only a few $ if required.
