We have a lovely apartment to sublet in Escondido Village (Stanford campus). It is 'couples' housing, which means its a 1 bedroom apartment. You get the place all to yourself for the days you rent.

My wife and I have been living here for over a year, it is a great location if you are coming to Stanford or if you will be working with people in Palo Alto. The Caltrain is only a 15 minute walk and has trains that get into SF in about an hour (less during peak times)!

Our place is nicely decorated and does not feel like a student apartment at all. We have a nice balcony, even have a small coal BBQ you can use. Kitchen fully equipped, plants to liven up the place, and right next to the tennis courts.

Laundry, Internet, Parking available. I even have a few passes for the athletic facilities for visitors.
