3 people share this apartment. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared living room. I share this place with 2 other male stanford students - nice folks, easy to get along with. I pay close to 800$/mo for this including utilities. I guess there is a 52$ telecommunication fee for 3 months that includes the phone, internet.
Need to rent it out from June 23th to Sept 24th.
