I'm subletting my 350-sq-ft studio in Escondido Village. It's fully furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, sofa, dresser and closet, bookshelves, etc. I will leave my cookware in the studio for your use (including microwave, toaster, slow cooker, pans and pots, etc.).

The studio will be available from June 15 to September 15, 2012. The monthly rent + communications fee is $1200/month. Move-in and move-out dates may be negotiated.
