The apartment can have to be shared with one more person as it is an two bedroom apartment. Though it is also a possibility that other room stays empty throughout the summer as my apartment mate may also have to go some other place during summer. In either case, it should be great as he is a cool and easy going person.

Rent:$674/month includes electricity, water etc. + Communication fees:$58 (Internet and Phone facilities, one time pay for the entire summer ) We can agree upon the payment schedule over email as per your convenience.
