I am subletting my room in a 3BR lowrise apartment on campus, from mid-June to September.

The apartment is one story, fully furnished, comes with oven, fridge and microwave. There is one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Outside is nice grass land.
You can also use the laundry room for free.
