Nearby it has a golf driving range and a 2-min walk to a tennis court.
• I have a brand new 46in 3D HDTV (cable available w/ a fee) and microwave oven - only if you could take good care of :)) Bring your own linens, towels, pots/plates/utensils...etc.
• My place is well maintained. Rent/dates a bit negotiable for a neat and responsible subletter. Serious inquiries only.
