Hello, I am looking for a female roommate to share my 1 bedroom apartment. I prefer the long term sharing(>6months) but the short term sharing is also acceptable. I ask $700 per month and it includes house rent, utility, and internet.

All you have to do is to bring your own bed. I am thinking of placing your bed in the bedroom so that we can use space for different purposes (eating, leisure, and sleeping).

House

• generally very spacious(1bedroom, 1kitchen, 1bathroom, 1spacious living room)

Your potential roommate

• I am generally neat, but not too strict
• I am not sensitive, fairly easy and friendly person to get along with.
• I don't stay home much. Leave house around 8:30am and back around 8pm.
