One BR in a 4BR efficiency apartment with a shared living room and two bathrooms. Since two people share one bathroom and the other student is moving out, for the summer, the bathroom is actually private.
The room is fully furnished with one twin-size bed, a mattress, a book shelf, a bedstand, a desk, a wardrobe and a 24-inch screen.
The other three roommates are all very friendly. One of them is moving out in June, another one won't probably be here as well. The one staying here is a Stanford graduate, goes to work on weekdays, has very regular hour. She is very friendly and cooks commonly.

The room is for female only, visiting scholars, students, interns are preferred. It is important to keep the room tidy and clean. Rent starts from mid June to mid September. My bike is free for use.

Rent is $980/month OBO, including all utilities.
