I will be gone from June 9th - July 27th (dates are flexible if need be) and am looking to sublet. It is $1160/month and is beautiful, spacious carpeted room with a closet! I'll leave my bed/desk/dresser so you won't need to worry about furniture. This is a really ideal location in the city and would be great for a place. Please email for pictures.

-Right next to a nice grocery store (beer selection is amazing) and very close to central Lower Haight

Neighborhood:

Super close to the Panhandle, GGP, the Lower Haight, the Haight, Divis, Castro, Duboce Park, lots of bus lines, bike lanes, 101/80, the Wiggle, restaurants, shops, the Independent, and a darling Sunday Farmer's Market. Also, we tend to get lots of sunshine and not too much fog in our corner of the city. Best place to live in SF!

About the people:

There will be 2 girls, and 2 guys. Everyone loves to play outside and is always down for an adventure - climb, ski, snowboard, kayak, surf, etc (there's lots of gear in the apartment). There is usually lots of cooking going on, from baked kale chips to crawfish boils. All are pretty social, like to go to trivia at Mad Dog during the week, have people over and throw occasional parties. There is a chore wheel so the place stays clean. Right now two of us commute to the south bay, one to east bay (or elsewhere), and one works in the city.
