One fully furnished bedroom with bed, closet, bookshelf, desk. Shared living room, kitchen and restroom are all neat and available. Males only. Since roommate is gonna graduate before this summer, it is likely that no roommate will be around in this apartment during the sublease period.

Available between Beg Jul to Mid Sep. Move-in/out dates are flexible.

$937/month (OBO) as marked by the University bill, or calculated by days.
