Hi,
I'm subletting my room in my Rains 2BR apartment for a month in Summer - 20th June to 20th July; the dates are slightly flexible. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. (Might be useful to those moving off-campus who might need a place while they house-hunt. :))

The lease rent is $965/month (pro-rated - this includes the telecoms fee) OBO. Email me if interested.
