It is on a 6th floor and has a great view from its balcony of the hills and trees around. It also comes with a fully functional kitchen, a living room, closet, and 2 tvs. The balcony is big enough to have a table and chairs and enjoy the day outside. Utilities are included, and washing machine and drier use is free in the basement.

Free Marguerite bus shuttle is a one minute walk away. The surroundings are very quiet with lots of gardens.
