I am an undergrad at Stanford and are looking for roommate from Jun 13th to March or April next year, short term is also fine. It is a small house but the bedroom, living room and bathroom are all seperated. I live in the BR but will not be here from June to September and right now there is a visiting scholar living in the living room which is really large and he is leaving in August.

It will be 700/mo if you share the room with him or you can live in my room during the summer for around 1000/mo. The deposit is a month's rent and all furnitures are provided (a queen bed, a desk, a chair and lights). There is a good reason for the relatively high price: the street has a dead end for cars but not bicycles so the surrounding is really quiet and safe, much better than EV. Also it is almost the same distance to school compared to EV and parking on the street is free at all time! Also there is a kitchen in the house in case you would like to cook. 

If you are staying for a long time then the price is negotiable and we will surely work out something satisfying. Male Chinese is preferred since I am an international student from China and it would be really great if you can drop by and have a visit at our house first.
