I wish to sublet 1 bedroom in a EV Blackwelder 2-bedroom-efficiency apartment, from June 17 to September 21, 2012. I am moving out during the summer for internship.

It is located on the 5th floor of the Blackwelder highrise and has a spacious bedroom with beautiful view of Hoover Tower right outside the huge window. The bedroom is well-furnished (big desk, big bed, wardrobe, closet, nightstand, and sofa), equipped with a telephone and high-speed internet (LAN+WiFi). The apartment has a well-supplied kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, oven, sink, and cupboard), dining table and chairs, and a bathroom (flush toilet, sink, mirror, bathtub, shower nozzle). The common area of the building includes lounge, study room, Pool table, piano room, and computer cluster, all available 24 hours a day. The laundry room is located on the 1st floor, equipped with enough washing and drying machine. Free basketball, volleyball and tennis courts are found near the building, open entire day.

The Blackwelder building is located on the campus of Stanford University, in Escondido Village. The bus stops of the free-of-charge Stanford Marguerite Shuttle can be found 2-min-walk away, carrying people to places on campus, and off campus, including the Caltrain station, and shopping malls and supermarkets like Walmart and Safeway. If you drive, enough parking spaces can be found right outside the building; if you ride, it takes you less than 5 minutes to reach Main Quad, the center of the campus. It is very convenient to reach other places on campus by bike as well.

The apartment needs to be shared with another occupant, who is a nice and quiet person (male). The rent is $850/month including water and electricity and communication fees (telephone and internet). Please reply if you are interested. Thank you.
