I'm subletting a room in a 2-bedroom efficiency apartment (shared with another girl) in Escondido Village (Blackwelder building, less than 5 minutes bike to main quad), from July-07 to August-19. The apartment has a kitchen (equiped with microwave, fridge, stove, dishes, cooking pans and bistro table), and one shared bathroom. The room to sublet is in a 12th floor and has a big window with great view. It comes fully furnished (extra-long twin bed, desk, chair, small sofa, nightstand, lamp, dresser, bookcase). Besides these, the building has nice common areas (free laundry room, lounge, meeting room, computer cluster, piano practice room, barbecue area).

The price is $674/month + $200 deposit (to be returned at the end). The price includes all utilities, phone and internet. Only female and stanford affiliate (visiting scholar, not undergraduate).

I also rent my very nice bike (+$150/month) (I can e-mail picture if wanted).
