starting August or September. you would be taking over my lease, which ends September 31st. you could sign another lease with the landlady after that. i need to double check with her whether or not she'll be okay with me moving out early, so this post is mainly to guage interest. :)

the rooms are good for two friends who don't mind close quarters. my current roommate and i share both the bedroom and the living room. we have a bunk bed (used one year), which we'd be happy to include for cheap (say $50). alternatively, the top bunk is detachable and could be moved into the living room, which could easily be converted...

roommate is moving out this summer...which is why i'm looking for a cheaper option. :P
