A clean, furnished room in an apartment with kitchen and shared bathroom is available for sublet from August 15 to September 23. It is conveniently located in the Escondido Village with free shuttle access to different parts of the campus. The shuttle stop is very close to the apartment. The shuttle also connects to the public transportation places such as Palo Alto transit center and California avenue. Bike ride to the center of campus takes only about 5 minutes. The apartment has total 2 bedrooms, having different keys for their door locks for more privacy. The other bedroom will be occupied by another person (a male graduate student). The kitchen and bathroom will be shared among both occupants. The total rent will be $1200 based on the rate of $900 per month (internet, phone and all the utilities included). There will also be a $300 deposit. You are welcome to use my land-line phone, microwave oven and other furniture. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Car and bike parking space is right next to the apartment. The laundry service is free. Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply.
