<p>Having completed a successful leadership transition strategy at Sun, Mr. McNealy will explain how to select and groom the next generation of leaders.&#160; He will share best practices on how to motivate teams and individuals on doing their best and how to smoothly transition leadership within an organization. He will describe some of the significant experiences and lessons learned from his twenty-two years at the helm of Sun Microsystems. Mr. McNealy will also discuss his view of where Silicon Valley is heading in the future. </p>
