I bought this air conditioner in the summer of 2008 for use in my EV studio apartment. I used it in the summers of 2008, 2009, and 2010 (I deinstalled and cleaned it every winter). The air conditioner is still in excellent condition, and the manual and window install kit are available. It does not fit the windows of my current apartment.

New price was approximately $350. Asking $149 OBO. I live in Menlo Park now, but would be willing to bring the air conditioner to campus.
